You will be managing a small team of trainers in health and social care.

Who we're looking for
Ideally, you will:
• Be a confident and competentLearning and Development Manager/Consultant
• Have excellent people management skills
• Have experience in adults or children's services, social services or healthcare
• Have budget management experience
• Experience in managing training government grants would be desirable
