Job Role
Connected with the Operations Manager, you create, develop and structure the Construction service for one of the Group's subsidiary. You federate and structure your team around ambitious objectives.
You associate strategic and operational vision, within a context of a strong development of the Construction's activity.

Your main missions are as follows:

- Build the strategic orientation of the projects and be the customers technical representative for the construction department.

- Pilot the conception studies, the preparation of the construction site on a technical view (in partnership with the pricing and methods services), the selection of the subcontractors and obtain the necessary authorizations.

- Supervise and animate the team (internal and external) allocated to the operations within a permanent concern of respect for the commitments in terms of safety, quality, delay, cost and efficiency.

- Be the company's representative on the construction site and participate in the progress meetings.

- Insure the follow-up and administrative, contractual and financial control (respect of the budget and the associated margin) of each operation.

Who we're looking for
Master's degree with experience in engineering or a major oil & gas company, you have a proven track record in a similar role as an international project manager in the construction of chemical, petrochemical or gas units.
You master the international standards of construction inherent to this type of construction site and you implement the standards of Quality, Security and Environment.

Beyond your technical skills, your charisma, your capacity to manage in a multicultural environment, your dynamism and your sense of responsibilities are determining qualities to succeed your missions.

Must be willing and able to travel overseas.

Fluent English and French are strictly required.
