Derivatives Documentation

We are seeking to recruit a temp to this established team. We are looking for an associate with Derivatives Documentation exposure, have full and current knowledge of an ISDA confirmation and understand all of the legal terminology. Have an understanding of the Electronic matching systems (Swift, Swaps-wire, LCH and DTCC). Have knowledge of Non Deliverable Forward (not essential though).

Issuing confirmations and electronic matching.

Who we're looking for
The candidate should be computer literate and have an excellent knowledge of Word and Excel

Working as an integral member of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for drafting Vanilla confirmations, NDF and FX Option confirmations using the ISDA legal documentation (knowledge of how basic vanilla ISDA confirmations are structured is essential)

Knowledge of interest rate ISDA documentation (2002) is required.

Be able to issue and match Swift confirmations for both Vanilla Rates and Options, process trades through Swaps-wire and deal with the LCH as and when required.

Raising & escalating issues both internally and externally, contacting internal parties such as Front Office, Middle Office and Legal and as well as external clients.

The candidate should take responsibility for issues and be confident to escalate them when appropriate.

Previous ISDA knowledge essential for the following Derivatives asset classes: Non Deliverable Forward, Rates and FX Options.

Be able to both as an individual and as a team-player.

Be able to work overtime, as and when necessary and also be available to cover bank holidays (worked on rota system)
