Interim Workforce Development and Communications Manager

You will be carrying out an exciting cultural change programme to improve communication with the organisation's stakeholders.One of the main focuses of the project is to take a more personalised approach.

Who we're looking for
Ideally, you will:
Have a good experience of, and skills and experience in change management and who can therefore support the delivery ofthe agenda through:

• Designing organisational structures for new business processes and ways of working
• Developing policy into operational procedures
• Working with HR to plan organisational changes
• Cultural change of the workforce to adopt personalisation and person centred service delivery
• Understanding training needs of the organisation and work with L&D to develop appropriate training programmes
• Developing approaches to keep the workforce engaged and consulted during the delivery of the programme
• Embedding "review and learn" into day to day operations so we continuously improve the way we approach and deliver personalisation
• Working closely with communications to develop consistent messages and themes around personalisation.
