E-Commerce Manager

Within this exciting role of E commerce Manager at Fred Perry, you will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing a strategy to build on the rapid growth of e-commerce to maximise future sales of Fred Perry. This role is based in the heart of Covent Garden (Central London) at Fred Perry's Head Office reporting to the Head of Retail.

Areas of responsibility include:

• Planning - Produce targets and annual budgets, prepare and execute the seasonal planning calendar and set KPI benchmarks

• Operations & analysis - Regular review of the customer journey, ensure website accuracy and integrity, track traffic and sales performance, report on KPI's, research and implement the use of analytics software, conduct regular competitor reviews, control P&L etc

• Customer Service - Manage and monitor all elements of the customer experience from the initial order through to the returns process

• Merchandising - Work with Merchandising to constantly monitor sales and stock, update product representation depending on availability and sales

• Logistics - Manage and review the whole carrier/postage process

• Marketing - Working with Head of Marketing, Merchandising and Visual Merchandising to co-ordinate the Estore marketing activity

Who we're looking for
• Extensive experience within a mail order/ on-line selling environment for a branded leisure apparel company or retail apparel multiple
• Educated to degree or equivalent in business/analytical/fashion retail
• Analytical and numerate
• Commercially aware
• IT skills in stock control systems (WSSI, SAP etc), MS Office, analytics (Google, Omniture/Mercado etc)
• Advantageous to have experience with SEO, PPC, HTML, image software (Photoshop, Illustrator etc)
• Good inter-personal relationship skills
