You will be responsible for building relationships with Marketing Directors within the leading consumer brand led organisations in order to understand their marketing strategy. Once done, you will then assess if and how you could help them achieve their goals via activity and leisure based offers delivered via sales promotional activity.
You will have the remit to sell at a strategic level to gain buy in and then establish the right creative solution that is bespoke and fitting to each individual client. You will be able to see each project through by delivering with Brand Managers at an operational level to ensure that the campaigns are delivered to the brief and that the necessary back up promotional activity takes place by the client to maximise on the potential success.
You will need to bring on board between £250-350k profit pa with the average order value of £25-50k you will need to be able to manage both large and smaller projects equally well.
You will not be looking for an anonymous hiding place in a large agency but rather the opposite - this is an opportunity to prove yourself and take the recognition and career reward in return.
Who we're looking for
You will currently be involved in a marketing solution based sell ideally within the consumer branded environment and have a proven track record selling to the FMCG industry or possibly the supermarkets.
You could be a creative NAM but as each campaign needs to be bespoke you will have to demonstrate flexibility in your approach to deliver results in the FMCG industry, Financial Services or Retail market sector. You will most likely already be working within a marketing agency and be looking for a fresh challenge that allows you to take responsibility for the initial relationship build, pitch, solution sell and delivery.
