As an ACUVUE® Account Manager, you will be responsible for a high revenue business consisting of independent, regional and national chains of optical retailers.
You will be tasked with not only achieving sales targets, but also for driving new product distribution and achieving product mix targets, through adopting an integrated approach to the execution of your territory plan.
Your success will ultimately depend on your ability to convince your business decision makers and eye care practitioners of the clinical and commercial superiority of the ACUVUE® range of products; and in persuading them to be proactive in their promotion and prescribing of the ACUVUE® brand.
Who we're looking for
In addition to your personal gravitas and credibility, you will demonstrate an excellent track record of sales success and individual achievement; having a sound knowledge of territory & account management, with strong analysis, planning and organisation skills. Your personal motivation and clear vision for current and future business opportunities will have already set you apart from your peers.
Personal requisites will include: a positive break-through attitude with a passion, drive and competitiveness to grow ours and our customers businesses coupled with the interpersonal and commercial aptitude to facilitate long-term profitable business relationships. Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent with a clinical and/or FMCG background, you will have good PC skills, including a working knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Territory covers Lincs/Cambs/Norfolk, preferred location Cambs but candidates must live on territory.
