Business Development:
• Develop strategies and implement a business plan to penetrate the resources market
• Maximise revenues and profitability to Services metrics and corporate objectives
• Writing of proposals and responding to competitive tenders
Solutions Development:
• Responsible for defining the client needs, overseeing the implementation of the complete project solution
• Plan and supervise work done by team members, direct work involvement in specialist areas
• Responsible for quality assurance on projects
People Management:
• Select, develop, and evaluate staff to ensure the efficient operation of the team
• Provide mentoring to junior staff to impart technical and product knowledge
Who we're looking for
• Degree or further qualification in Geology
• Proven track record in project management and driving revenues.
• Ability to initiate and develop relationships with key influencers and decision makers
• Experienced in building and leading teams
• Working knowledge of industry standard mining software
• Exceptional client presentation and communication skills, to interface and enhance relationships with existing clients.

The Europe, Middle East and North Africa division (EMENA) is managed through Gemcom's office located in Leicestershire, UK. The EMENA division has experienced a period of substantial growth with revenues widely spread throughout the region and now is looking to position itself for future growth in the Services division of the business.
