Shipping Litigation 1+ PQE

You will have at least a year's post qualified experience of dry shipping litigation. This role will provide you with a wide exposure to international shipping matters, working on some of the biggest shipping cases in the world. This vacancy provides an excellent opportunity for a driven individual to work within a team which has the largest maritime law capacity, and unrivalled industry knowledge, of any law firm in the world.

Your role will focus on the following areas, with a particular emphasis on shipping disputes arising out of all types of contract including:

- Charterparties
- Bills of Lading
- Cargo Claims
- Sale & Purchase Disputes
- Commodity Disputes
- International Trade
- Insurance Liability
- Personal Injuries
- Arbitration

Who we're looking for
Our client's London office is in need of a first class solicitor with excellent academics, and a commercial outlook, to join its award winning Shipping & Transport practice.
