Executive - Fraud Investigation & Dispute Services

Your main role is to advise clients on accounting and financial issues in disputes of all kinds, whether they arise from transactions, alleged breaches of contract, or any other causes. You will provide assistance in negotiations, in discovery and disclosure issues, and in formulating and defending claims.
Your client responsibilities:
• Work with clients, lawyers and regulatory authorities in sensitive and adversarial situations
• Deep, incisive and imaginative analysis of accounting and other data
• Interview suspects and witnesses
• Trace and recover assets
• Prepare sections of expert reports - This requires: rigorously reviewing, analyzing and verifying evidence; identifying the key issues; applying logical and lateral thinking to arrive at sound and robust conclusions,
• Search publicly available records i.e.. the internet, Experian and other databases

Who we're looking for
• Accounting qualification, ACA or ACCA, gained in an Accountancy Practice
• Advanced experience in Excel and preferably database tools
• Knowledge of systems used in the management of fraud detection and reporting systems such as Hunter, Falcon, Actimise, Searchspace, Detica, etc would be highly regarded
• Strong analytical skills, who like 'getting to the bottom' of things, who can handle lots of detail but at the same time think 'big picture', intellectual rigor
• A tenacious attitude, keen to look beyond the surface,
• High degree of detail handling and accuracy
• Ability to build strong relationships
• Good organizational skills and project management potential,
• Be prepared to work on both national and international assignments
