Reporting to the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) Compensation & Benefits Leader and working closely with the UK HR Leader, the Compensation & Benefits Specialist will form a key part of the HR team based in the UK. This is a hands on role, with a high degree of operational activity. Supporting a client group including Commercial and Defence multi-functional teams, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of global compensation and benefits strategies in the UK and Ireland by managing the development and implementation of local programs.
Further:
• you will work closely with the UK HR Leader to evaluate salary structures and implement competitive C&B programs for various client groups
• recommend benefits changes and upgrades
• deliver a range of corporate programs
• manage the lifecycle of UK Benefits including design, delivery and administration
This role will also have a key part to play in current M&A and TUPE activities . This is a significant growth area for Boeing in the UK.

Degree qualified, you will be an experienced Compensation & Benefits specialist that is looking to take their career to the next level. Further, you will:

• possess a high tech background, where you will have operated in a Compensation and Benefits role within a large Blue Chip US organization.
• be renowned for your consultative approach , analytical and communication skills.
• have delivered exceptional results and have developed strong relationships with key stakeholders in previous roles
• have demonstrable experience of M&A and TUPE projects
• have demonstrated the ability to work as part of a team and success in a fast paced environment to make you a stand out candidate for this position.
