The Partnership Team is a highly specialised recruitment team within Michael Page Legal. We recruit Of Counsel, Salaried, Fixed Share Equity and Equity Partners into the top London Law Firms.

The role will involve:

Proactively building your industry knowledge and understanding of the Private Practice market
Managing active job portfolios
Maintaining existing client and candidate relationships
Attending client meetings
Developing and identifying new business opportunities
Representing leaders in their field

Who we're looking for
A role on the Partnership Team is a role within a senior marketplace and accordingly you will either come from a legal background or have previous recruitment experience. You will be bright, personable and friendly. You will be fun but you will also be driven and ambitious and thrive in a goal driven environment. You will be keen to learn how to recruit within one of the most demanding, but also most rewarding, recruitment markets.
