As Pharmacovigilance Officer you will ensure effective and accurate collection, database entry and reporting of safety data. The role will require you to be responsible for the all operational pharmacovigilance activities for assigned developmental and marketed products.
In addition you will be tasked with,
• Negotiating and finalising safety data exchange agreements with affiliates and agents
• Ensuring compliance of the various parties to the SDEA
• Co-ordinating all ADR investigations
• Overseeing any clinical or post-marketing surveillance trials
• Reviewing representative training material from a clinical perspective and ensure compliance with the labeling
• Reviewing any new labelling to ensure all clinical parameters are in line with relevant regulations.
Who we're looking for
We seek an individual who is looking to make an impact! If this is you read on.
You will already have a track record of success in the pharmacovigilance field preferably gained within the EU. This will have included knowledge of clinical trial methodology and pharmacovigilance regulations as well as work with safety databases including simple searches and coding dictionaries, Clintrace is preferred.
Candidates with the following are particularly sought,
• Excellent verbal and written skills - fluency in English essential.
• Problem solving and attention to detail
• Advanced organisation and interpersonal skills
• International experience
This role is based in Mauritius with an international remit, as such candidates must be willing to relocate and travel.
