Our clients Banking disputes practice works with the world's leading financial institutions on a broad range of complex problems and disputes which arise in the global market. In addition to more traditional banking disputes,they have particular strengths in disputes involving derivatives and structured finance and Islamic financing.

Who we're looking for
Our client has particular expertise in financial services, insurance, energy and infrastructure, construction, and transport (which includes our market-leading shipping and aviation practices).
Our client is recruiting for a senior level associate (4 years +pqe) with specialist capabilities. The candidate should have experience of complex banking disputes with an expertise in derivatives, debt capital markets and structured products. Knowledge of the ISDA Master Agreement would be preferable. A strong academic background and sound litigation experience from a leading banking and finance practice is essential.
