As a multi-site manager, you'll guide your managers and their teams towards achieving their goals by encouraging their very best performances. They want to provide the perfect customer experience by managing sales and performance, and taking a proactive approach to business. You'll use your refreshingly clear leadership style to get the best out of people, and your motivating influence to ensure the success of a number of branches.

Who we're looking for
We are looking for people at the top of the pile. You must be a high achiever and must be successfully achieving all of your KPIs. Sitting in the bottom half of a league table is not acceptable to this company. Our client's vacancies are for high profile patches within the London region and to that end you must be able to demonstrate high levels of:
• Commerciality
• Sales achievement
• Customer service delivery
• Compliance and operational risk management

These are high level roles that demand organisation skills and strong management ability. You will preferably come from a banking role already or from a BLUE-CHIP,SOLUTION-SALES retail environment. You will be an achiever and you will be able to demonstrate this in an interview.
