Updated March 3, 2010

Following an exciting and sustained period of growth, development and evolution, ESG are now seeking to expand their HR department through the recruitment of 3 first class HR Generalists. These roles will join a thriving and dedicated team who efficiently serve the needs of this diverse, national business.

We are looking to explore HR talent who can manage a varied and challenging generalist workload and contribute to the delivery of a first class HR service to a defined client group - either within the Employability, Skills or corporate areas. This will provide colleagues and management with business focused HR support in the following areas:

• Offering accurate HR advice and guidance on employment legislation
• Employee Relations
• Recruitment
• Absence and sickness management
• HR projects
• Policy and process re-evaluation
• Designing learning solutions

These roles will play a pivotal part in the HR function and, as such, we are looking for HR professionals who are interested in being really hands on and immersed in the business. Your ability to build effective relationships across HR and beyond will enhance your contribution to the effectiveness of the service. You will be based from Head Office in Sheffield, however, you should be able to travel as required by your role in this Growing Business.

Who we're looking for
You will have a strong grounding in generalist HR and be a customer focused professional. You will be able to work both autonomously and as part of a team and must demonstrate the ability to prioritise a changeable workload to maximise your delivery. Enthusiasm and passion are crucial, as is the drive to succeed and commitment to making a difference. These roles have huge potential for personal and career development long term.
