My client is looking for an exceptional individual to join their team as a Retail Branch Manager inHull on a fixed term contract until June 2010 with the possibility of further extension. Focusing on sales and service, the role demands the highest levels of attention to detail, organisation and man-management.

Who we're looking for
My client's vacancy is for a community based branch and to that end you must be able to demonstrate high levels of:
• Commerciality
• Sales achievement
• Customer service delivery
• Compliance and operational risk management

These are roles that demand organisation skills and strong management ability. You will preferably come from a banking role already and be looking to ultimately manage to flagship store level and beyond. You will already have the results to back up your application.
