Commercial Insolvency Lawyer

Permanent ⁄ £35000 - £55000

You will work closely with the Partner and the Associate in delivering commercial solutions for clients in a variety of formal insolvencies and bank-led restructuring. You will draft a range of documents for clients, including agreements and security reviews as required; liaise with other practice areas, such as Banking, Corporate and Real Estate to deliver transactions. In addition you will supervise the work of junior solicitors and trainees and participate in and support business development activity

Who we're looking for
You will have strong commercial acumen and have specific experience in non-contentious restructuring and transactional work. Experience of contributing to pitches and business development activity would be advantageous.

About our client
The Restructuring team sits within the Company Commercial Practice group and deals with companies in distress and distressed lending situations for Funders. Our client has a great reputation and panel positions with all major lenders, ensuring quality instructions.
