Reward and Benefits Manager

We currently have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Reward and Benefits Manager to join us. You will be based in our Rivermead office in Uxbridge with regular travel to Birmingham. The purpose of this role will be to ensure that we have an effective reward and benefit strategy in place to ensure that we attract and retain the talent required by Compass, both now and in the future.
Key responsibilities:
• Ensure we have a compelling and clear reward and benefit strategy
• Develop and implement a reward and benefit framework
• Develop salary grading and salary review process
• Implement and develop a consistent and effective bonus scheme across all areas of the business
• Measure and evaluate Reward data to ensure improved business performance

Who we're looking for
The Person
• Ideally you will be CIPD qualified, and previous experience of working within the food service/customer service industry would be an advantage.
• Essential for success in this role will be your ability to challenge and influence at a senior level when the business requires it. You must have experience of developing salary frameworks and introducing benchmarking systems.
• You will be highly numerate and innovative, able to demonstrate your commercial focus.
• You will be every bit the Team player with a 'Can-do' attitude
