As a National Account Manager, you will have full responsibility for the Boots account, strategically one of the most important accounts within the retail set.
Key responsibilities:
• Achieve Net Revenue, Gross Margin & Net Working Capital targets for the account portfolio
• Achieve account 4P targets (Product, Placement, Price & Promotion)
• Provide challenge within a Category Business Team from a customer perspective
• Develop multi-level relationships with the account
• Achievement of account sales and trade investment targets for allocated account
• Secure trading and distribution/promotion agreements in line with nominated major account's profile (including share of shelf/visibility at POS/Distribution penetration across product range/ Retail Pricing/Consumer and Trade Promotions and Discounts).

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will possess the following:
• You have a passion for achievement; strong negotiating/influencing skills, integrity and drive with a strong desire to make things happen.
• You want to have full accountability for driving sales, profit and net working capital exceeding targets in all categories across account portfolios.
• You want to be known for outstanding Business plan development, valuable contribution to/ leadership of a cross-functional team, contract proposal development and negotiation.

• Sales background, with major account management experience gained in FMCG markets within a commercially oriented blue-chip environment
• Currently working at Key Account Manager / National Account Manager level
• Proven track record of budget delivery and growth momentum
• Demonstrable financial and commercial acumen
• Confident and capable of operating at all levels
• Good team player
• Strong influencing / negotiation expertise
