Who we're looking for
You will be a tenacious and driven Sales Director of the highest calibre with international sales management experience. Well educated, ideally to degree level, you will have broad industry knowledge, with specific expertise selling large, complex outsourced deals to the banking and governmental sectors. Preferred industry background is banking, financial services or technology, in which you will have a proven track record of leading sales growth and the development of new markets. The ideal candidate must be a hands-on leader able to inspire and motivate others, as well as a strategic thinker and problem solver. Strong relationship management and negotiation skills, confidence and credibility at all levels, as well as commercial awareness and culturally sensitivity are important characteristics
