Due to the impending retirement of the current Chief Executive, YCR are seeking a dynamic, passionate and motivated leader who will continue to drive the organisation forward ensuring operational achievement of organisational goals. Responsibilities of this exciting role include:
• Challenging, developing and delivering the strategic plan working in conjunction with the Board of Trustees
• Reviewing and evolving a robust management structure ensuring continued accountability supporting planned growth
• Ensuring effective financial and organisational governance processes to maximise performance and support further income generation
• Ensuring that external and internal communication plans are evolved to maximise brand awareness and encourage stakeholder and community engagement
• Company secretarial duties working in partnership with the Chairman to ensure clarity of direction and operational effectiveness
Who we're looking for
This is an outstanding opportunity to drive YCR to new heights in their pursuit of pioneering research and cancer treatment. As such the successful applicant will be a proven senior manager with a track record of success in relationship and value centric organisations. You will have excellent presentation and communication skills with a past history of driving stakeholder engagement internally and externally.
