Job Role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for investigating and maintaining all claims relative to the given sphere of operations. Under technical direction, they will work within authority on assignments of significant technical complexity, review policy coverage, determine liability, adjust and settle claims in accordance with established, written company guidelines. Furthermore, they will instruct and control Third Party Claims administrators and service providers, review all documentation in order to finalise claims within any authority granted to such business partners.The ideal candidate will be responsible for investigating and maintaining all claims relative to the given sphere of operations. Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate possesses a technical degree and has acquired a proven experience in the same role within Insurance Companies, Brokers or Loss Adjuster firms. Wide knowledge of Marine claims, demonstrated technical expertise and product specific knowledge together with willingness to develop further technical expertise and product specific knowledge complete candidate's profile. Fluency in Italian and good knowledge of the Italian market, together with a very good level of English written and spoken, are requested to successfully cover the role.
