In response to business demands Samsung are recruiting a National Account Manager for Major National Accounts. Reporting to the Channel Manager, your role will be to develop and drive sales in this fast growing sector.
More specific responsibilities will be:
To improve market share, turnover, sales volume, and product range.
Forecast accuracy
Performance vs monthly, quarterly and annual targets
To account manage national and key accounts in the UK with the aim of growing sales volume, revenue, market share and ranging within those accounts.
Working with product management, finance, logistics, purchasing, marketing, technical and training within both Samsung and external customers.
Sales of entire product portfolio, forecasting, presentation of product roadmap, activities and pricing, helping develop strategy and business plans within accounts.
Management of returns levels, credit limits, financial issues and logistics issues as required
Key result areas: Sales volume and revenue and market share within accounts, forecasting accuracy, product mix, performance vs monthly and annual target, competitor benchmarking
Who we're looking for
Successful applicants will have in-depth experience of managing major National Accounts ideally within a camera/digital imaging or leading branded consumer electronics company. Passionate about success, you will be able to demonstrate a strong track record in delivering sales growth through the setting of clear business objectives and strategies. Excellent presentation and communication skills are essential as is the ability to build effective customer relationships at a senior level.
Responsible for some of the major accounts for Samsung you will be comfortable operating in a fast paced international environment.
