This exciting new role is a great opportunity for a marketing database professional to join one of the country's most well established examining bodies. AQA are at a key stage in developing customer relationships and this role will facilitate a deeper understanding of the company's own and their competitors' position with a view to deepening the organisations customer relationships and in turn retention. You will ensure that a robust process is in place and adhered to, in order to maintain the integrity and accuracy of all data. You will develop an organisation-wide CRM and marketing culture based on sound and achievable customer interaction processes delivered through the database and providing training and development to all departments to help achieve this goal.
To be successful in this role you will have operated at a senior level within a database marketing role, ideally within a public sector environment. You will have a sound understanding of CRM processes and be looking for the opportunity to achieve results and make your mark in a growing area of this organisation. Who we're looking for
To be successful in this role you will:
• be able to demonstrate a considerable track record in database management and CRM strategy
• have a sound understanding of the Data Protection Act
