Shopper Development Manager

As Shopper Development Manager, you will lead the development, planning and implementation of best-in-class brand activation at customer level. To do this you will need to build strong, collaborative relationships with your customers with a focus on delivering superior results through alignment of brand and customer strategy, whilst unlocking shopper insights. You will be responsible for influencing shopper choice through the identification and delivery of both brand and category driving initiatives such as innovative and engaging home to store communication plans, ease of shop fixturisation trials and retailer on-line activity.

Working closely with your counterpart in Customer Development and in collaboration with Consumer Marketing, Shopper Marketing and Customer Marketing you will need to drive the agenda for your account and influence others to deliver success. A superb role, with a progressive business, looking for a high performer with either Customer Marketing, Shopper Marketing or Sales experience within FMCG.

Who we're looking for
To succeed in this role, you will possess the following skills and attributes:

- Experience in FMCG Customer Marketing, Shopper Marketing or Sales
- Excellent track-record of delivery within brand / shopper activation
- Strong commercial focus with experience of managing P&Ls
- Strategic approach mixed with a "can do" attitude
- Strong influencing, interpersonal & communication skills
- Collaborative approach and a strong team player
