Financial Analyst

This is an excellent opportunity to further your career in an exciting and fast growing environment. As Financial Analyst you will be tasked with designing and updating monthly financial reports and providing financial analysis by liaising with other departments when necessary.
In addition you will:
• Provide support in gathering data and building financial models during quarterly planning exercises
• Run profitability analysis in order to recommend prices when signing new distribution contracts or entering tenders
• Provide Business Analyst with support when analyzing and recommending trade routes for transitioning markets
• Liaise with accounting team to bridge between business and accounting transactions
Specific Accountabilities will include:
• Monthly financial report data populating and analysis
• Quarterly business planning exercise data population
Who we're looking for
Above all else we seek a technically strong, qualified accountant, with a keen intellect. You will possess strong interpersonal and management skills, and have proven ability to influence at a senior level both internally and externally. Experience of delivering strong financial analysis for a multinational company is essential; sector experience in the pharmaceutical industry is desirable.
In addition you will have:
• Knowledge in IFRS accounting
• Advanced skills in financial/business analysis
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, Vlookup formulas)

This role is based in Mauritius from where the successful candidate will be based. Assistance will be given to relocate.
