This role provides a unique opportunity for a qualified Fund Accountant who is looking to develop their career in the Offshore Funds environment.
You will be part of a small team and you will be responsible for your own portfolio of Private Equity clients.
As such , you key accountabilities will include:
-Oversee the production of management, interim and audited accounts for the clients.
- Oversee control and monitor bookkeeping process.
- Review ledgers on a regular basis.
- The control and production of final accounts.
- Provide ongoing support to the Senior members and the Head of department.
- Work closely with the Company's Head of Fund Accounting to assist with the planning of annual audits and liaise with clients to establish timetables for the receipt of valuations and advisers reports and other relevant information.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure best business practice is carried out.

Who we're looking for
Applications are invited from qualified individuals who are committed to relocating to Guernsey.
The successful Fund Accountant will:
- Hold a professional qualifications (ACA, ACCA)
- Ideally have a proven track record working in a small/medium size practice firm.
- Ideally be an EU passport holder.
- Ideally have some exposure to the Fund/ Private Equity industry.
- Be committed to relocating to the Channel Islands.
