This is a challenging role within a busy department. Reporting in to the HR Director and working alongside the other HR Advisors, this role will help to deliver the business plan by providing HR advice and support. Working from a central base, the role will support the line management population throughout the organisation with particular focus on attendance, performance management and disciplinary and grievance. In addition to providing support, the Advisor will work proactively to develop line manager capability as well as build effective working relationships.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR Advisor and will provide excellent exposure to Employee Relations in a very commercial environment.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of a similar role and will have a track record of success leading on ER issues. You will need to be a commercial operator with the ability to work effectively with all levels of management. The role will require a pragmatic approach, with the ability to tailor a solution to a specific challenge. The key challenges of the role are:
• Thorough knowledge of Employment Law
• Employee Relations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong relationship builder
