Our client is recruiting a Director; People, Organisation and Change. The 'Director of' role in this business is fast paced and commercially stretching as our client is characterised by the following traits;

- Strong management of cost
The new Director will have accountability for leading a people function within a division of the business. They will work in tandem with the senior management team of the group and are expected to contribute as a lead decision maker. They can be based nationally.
Who we're looking for
We are keen to speak to senior professionals who's experience spans HR and shows demonstrable evidence of creating value add solutions in a commercial environment.
You should have experience of working as a senior HR professional or Director in a large organisation and be able to demonstrate ability in the following areas;
- Business acumen
- Facilitating large scale business change
- Leadership
- Delivering tangible results
- Decision making
Above all, you will demonstrate an ability to meet the multi cultural demands of a diverse business, have the ability to make a swift decision based on a sound business understanding and a work ethic focussed on continuous improvement.
