Swissport is seeking a highly experienced sales coordinator to drive and develop its lean sales infrastructure. You will be accountable for the integrated sales database, revenue assessment reporting and target monitoring, the pricing model, market assessment platform, internal bid evaluation documentation and resultant value proposition presentations to customers, opportunity and commitment assessment, maintenance of precedent contracts and commercial reporting to the sales and marketing manager.

Who we're looking for
Highly organised and structured in approach, you will be the engine room of the commercial function and a critical asset to the team. You will be based at company HQ in Birmingham, reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing and will be encouraged to create a wide company network and where your contribution directly enhances our revenue prospects.

Key competencies:
Proven commercial acumen
Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
Strong communication and influencing skills
Understanding of service level agreements ideally gained in the aviation industry
Proficient in Powerpoint, Excel and e-enabled commercial database packages
Attention to detail and understanding of variance analysis and reporting of exceptions
