Insolvency Associate/ Partner

Due to changes within the Litigation team my client is looking to recruit an Insolvency Associate / Partner to join the firm. Insolvency is an area that my client wishes to develop, so to that end, they are looking to recruit a partner (or senior associate) who is an expert in this field. Your role will be to integrate into the team and build up this area through existing contacts, contacts that you may be able to bring to the firm and business development. You will be working within the Litigation team handling predominantly contentious insolvency matters.

Who we're looking for
The ideal candidates will have come from the local/ surrounding area and will have a client following to bring with them. My client however will consider applicants from outside of the area, you will have to demonstrate a very strong technical background along with a proven track record of successful business development.
