Sales Planning Manager

Expatriate Banking

The newly created position has been created to fulfil a new strategy for our client to centralise and consolidate the sales incentive schemes being used across their sales force worldwide.

As Sales Planning Manager you will lead the effective implementation of new or amended sales plans which support the Expatriate Banking sales incentive programme. Your role will also entail the monitoring and detailed analysis of Sales MI and delivering key sales data for the bank from Central London.

In order to familiarise yourself with the incentives schemes being used across the globe you will be given the opportunity to travel to a number of countries to meet with country managers to discuss their schemes and input.

Who we're looking for
The ideal person will have a proven ability to lead in the development, planning, and running, of business processes to support the sales plans and sales incentives across expatriate banking.

Creative skills in design, sales planning across multi jurisdictions and an ability to build strong relationships will be well regarded.

Specifically you will engage in;

- The efficient running of sales incentive schemes within Expatriate Banking, including the drafting of relevant communications.
- Assisting in the production and analysis of 'run rate' data to enable budget modelling to take place to ensure forecasts of bonus and performance metrics are available for senior management.
- The production of information and analysis, covering the performance of the sales force across Expatriate Banking to ensure the correct functioning of schemes.
- Respond to a range of queries, liaising as appropriate with line management &/or other business areas.
- Assist the line manager in reviewing the operational effectiveness programmes, identifying ways of improving the quality of service provided whilst being aware of the cost and/or reputational risks of potential change and
- Other ad hoc projects as required.

Leadership and management of the Sales Planning team (3 people) will also be a key part of this role and hence prior people management experience is required.
