You will work within a small local area and develop your own portfolio of clients through meetings to establish their financial needs, current and future. You will then recommend products and services and follow through with excellent customer service.
You will work with other stakeholders within the business and understand many aspects of retail banking. The role requires someone that is experienced in relationship management and can influence and support in equal measure.

Who we're looking for
You will be commercial in your approach, be able to manage a complex workload and manage your own time effectively. You will have knowledge of retail banking, and be a strong relationship manager. A passion for service, and delivering strong results, you will take pride in your own achievement and have the ability to progress.

What's on offer
A base salary of between £18,000 to £22,000 is being offered dependent on location and experience.
