As part of the Senior Management Team you will be responsible for manufacturing, technical, quality and supply chain operations. You will focus your attention on making sure business plans are met and to execute a continuous improvement philosophy across the site.
Who we're looking for
You will ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent. With a solid grounding in Manufacturing, you will have worked in a senior management role and will have a proven track record in people-management within a manufacturing environment. You will have previously worked within a machining, fabrication or assembly environment. You will be an excellent communicator who enjoys delivering change and liaises well with all levels of personnel and maintains a hands-on approach.
