In this role you will need to maintain department processes and recommend ways to adapt, refine or modify processes to improve planning and analysis. You will have management experience with excellent analytical planning achievements, this is a leadership role.
• Develop and manage OTB budget and deliver financial outcomes
• Up to date understanding of retail marketplace both internal and external
• Able to understand and develop company strategy including planned profit, trends and customer profiles
• Proven ability to develop realistic and achievable assortment plans
• Manage the processes of product life-cycle and pricing strategies
• Accountable for in-season and post season analysis on supply delivery performance and stock turn
• Conduct in season reporting and analysis for the business on service levels, supplier delivery performance etc.
• Analyse and track product performance, recommend stock status and support supplier/buyer in resolving issues/exploiting opportunities within ranges
• Develop your team with promotion and responsibility
