As manager of a key store with this premium retailer, you will have complete control of the day to day operation. Managing a turnover of over £15mliion a year across departments such as fashion, home and food your role will be a challenging one. You will manage through your managers, and be a key part of the regional team, so flexibility will be vital in your approach to the role.

Who we're looking for
You will be a manager with large turnover and large store experience. Ideally from a fashion or food multiplebackground, you will have huge drive, commitment and passion for service and the development of people. You will be a natural leader and motivator and will have the ability to grow and develop, but will also be able to bring with you new ideas and a fresh approach.
