The role will involve selling a Business Process Outsourcing solution including contact centre, data capture and outbound & inbound telephone Services.The role is a strategic level Business Development Manager, targeting both blue chip and SME clients across any discipline or vertical. You will seek to develop new business through selling short term, long term and permanent campaigns alongside looking to grown your existing account portfolio and look for routes to sell new and value add services.

Who we're looking for
You will have a proven track record of business development.Experience of the BPO or outsourcing sector would be a great advantage but other areas will also be considered. It is integral you have experience of selling solutions at a high level alongside outstanding interpersonal and organisational skills. A good core sales skill set is imperative and experience of good sales training will be a benefit.You will be used to managing your own diary and sourcing new clients along with the ability to sell a long term solution, high value solution.

What's on offer
