Due to increases in work volumes from existing clients and new clients, the Business Services Team is growing and now requires an additional Commercial Solicitor to join its team.

Working within the commercial team in the South Coast offices the successful candidate will undertake a wide range of commercial work, including some IP licensing, IT contracts, distribution agreements and e-commerce related work.
The well-respected established team works with an exciting national client base.

Who we're looking for
This role would suit a Commercial Solicitorwith expertise in general commercial work, IT and IP. You should have had some exposure to working on large complex matters. You will also be a good business developer and able to supervise and mentor more junior staff.
