• To work with Merchandise Manager and Head Merchandise Planner to monitor and flag current stock levels and projected stock levels to achieve retail and gross profit plans and maximise return on inventory
• Provide communication to Merchandise Manager and Head Merchandise Planner with regard to appropriate stock levels
• To ensure that OTB is adjusted based on sales and margin trend in Enterprise Planning (EP) at subclass level and those projections are completed and approved on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Supply reports to support your conclusions
• To ensure that buying plans are maintained and that buying is in accordance with those approved buying plans
• To review and monitor stock levels in stores, including focus on clearance stores, to maximise stock turns
• Work with Merchandise Manager and Head Merchandise Planner to produce appropriate plans for product layout within store
• To monitor the stock transfer process and make appropriate recommendations

Who we're looking for
• Must have apparel MERCHANDISE PLANNING experience - no exceptions
• A keen and natural attitude for retail and retail practises
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• You will have a collaborative attitude to buying and pro actively chase results
• High level of customer service and 'can do' attitude
