Debt Capital Markets (2-5 PQE)

Our client's Debt Capital Markets team advises global investment banks and major corporates on a broad range of debt and regulatory capital transactions, many of which have been acknowledged for their innovative nature and complexity. The team works closely with the ECM, structured finance, project finance, utilities and financial institutions teams



The successful candidate will be given the opportunity to help build a practice, carry out deals, and help to further develop relationships with banks and issuers.

Who we're looking for
· At least 3 years experience in dealing with DCM (bonds, medium term notes, liability management, etc) at a leading international law firm

· Solicitors examinations passed first time

· 2.1 degree or above

· Excellent 'A' Level (or equivalent) grades (candidates will need to provide an academic transcript)

· Candidates will need to display an ability to take responsibility, to have excellent interpersonal skills and be team players

· It is vital that they are able to communicate with individuals at all levels within the firm, and to maintain sound client relationships.
