Payroll Assistant

Business Services Organisation

Sunderland, Tyne and Wear

Permanent ⁄ £15000 - £18000

The role will be situated in the payroll team. It will involve: creating reports from Payroll for Managers, collating staff information, prepare input for extra hours and payments, answer employee queries efficiently and effectively, calculate deductions for unpaid absence, process all payroll data, print and distribute payslips and other ad hoc tasks.

Who we're looking for
A very diligent and professional individual who either has strong payroll administration skills or has the transferable skills in the following areas and ability to pick up a high pressured and important role quickly.
Data inputting of sensitive information.
Customer Service.
Microsoft Excel.
Bureau experience highly desirable.
