The role is for a Control Implementation Manager and requires the following skill-set;
• ability to interpret control requirements and design associated frameworks for all regulatory and mandatory change (both new or revisions);
• to work with appropriate areas of the business to build a generic controls library (product portfolio) based on the above principle and to include documentation of key risks and associated controls at an IT, Third Party and Operational level;
• to work with and build key relationships with key business areas to ensure the above are validated and signed off as 'fit for purpose' (eg Legal, Compliance etc).

Who we're looking for
You will have Audit & Compliance experience gained within a financial services environment.
