Our Client is looking to expand their Forensic Accounting team, you will technically contribute to Forensic client engagements and internal projects. An important part of your role will be actively establishing, maintaining and strengthening internal and external relationships. You'll also identify and escalate potential business opportunities on existing engagements. Similarly, you will anticipate and identify risks and inform senior members of the team about significant issues. You'll determine that delivered work is of high quality and is reviewed by the next-level reviewer. As an influential member of the team, you'll help to create a positive learning culture and will coach and counsel junior team members and help them to develop.

Client responsibilities
• Participate in Forensic engagements. • Work effectively as a team member sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress. • Assist in preparing reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties. • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel. • Build strong internal relationships within Advisory and across other services
People responsibilities
• Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff. • Contribute to people initiatives including recruiting and retaining Forensic professionals. • Maintain an educational program to continually develop personal skills. • Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures.
Technical skills requirements
• Strong academic record including a degree (in any subject) • Professional accountancy qualification (suitable for newly ACA qualified accountants) • Business development • Simultaneously handling diverse and pressing assignments and sensitive and adversarial situations • Skills in Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint
