This position offers the successful candidate the opportunity to develop their career and progress towards partnership within a short time scale. Initially the position will require you to work on a portfolio of professional HNW individuals looking after their accounts and tax requirements. The position will require you to meet these clients and develop business as you move towards partnership. You must be ACA qualified and have excellent communication skills.

Who we're looking for
The be considered for the position of Accounts Manager / Partner Designate you will need to be ACA qualified and have worked in a practice environment gaining experience in accounts, audit and tax. The successful candidate will also need to demonstrate the ability to be comfortable in client facing situations as you will be dealing with high net worth individuals from a professional background. The time scale for moving toward partnership is estimated to be around 4 - 5 years for the correct candidate. The ideal candidate may well be already working for an independent practice and have gained a strong all round accounts knowledge.
