The Commercial Finance teams are highly visible and influential across the ASDA business, and they are always looking for great colleagues to join and develop long term careers. Finance touches virtually every area of the business. They are responsible for everything from exercising financial control to analysing performance, from establishing supplier strategies to helping to make the business case for introducing new categories. Based from ASDA House in central Leeds, the Commercial Finance Managers are true partners to the business, closely involved in day to day decision making as well as formulating longer term strategy. To be successful in this part of the business, you will have the ability to see the big picture and will have a track record of influencing effectively at a senior level whilst exhibiting great judgement. Opportunities are available in Business Development, Planning, Retail Finance and Logistics Finance, ranging from newly qualified through to Senior Management.

Who we're looking for
ASDA are looking for the very best candidates with proven commercial finance experience. To be successful you will be able to work at pace, have excellent analytical skills and have the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels. With a good degree, first time passes (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, MBA) and a Big 4 background and/or blue chip background, you will be passionate about making a difference to profitability, to your work colleagues and to customers. Opportunities are available at all levels, from those making their first moves to those who already have significant industry experience.
