As part of the firms exciting growth plans, we are looking for a lawyer with at least 5 years PQE to join this very well regarded Private Practice. The firm specialise in Private Family work. Your role will focus on high value and complex ancillary relief matters and it is essential that you have a proven track record in Private Family work. You will be based in the firms Northampton office, however will be required to travel to and work from the firms Leicester and Milton Keynes offices when required. You will be a keen business developer and be tasked with assisting in the continuing growth of the firms Northampton and Milton Keynes client bases. It is desirable, although not essential, that you will have some link to the Northampton and Milton Keynes market.
Your role will cover specialist legal advice on all family matters to include all financial arrangements, issues relating to trusts, pensions, business ownership and property, and issues relating to children and other dependants. You will also provide advice on legal and financial arrangements, including offshore trusts, multiple shareholdings, complex assets and taxation. The firm are one of the few law firms with a Family Law Team which includes two qualified and highly experienced practitioner in 'collaborative law'. The Family Law Team is led by a nationally recognised and admired family law expert. The head of the Family team has been recognised in the Legal 500 as having a "national reputation".

Who we're looking for
