As a Manager- Financial Services Audit & Advisory based in the Glasgow office you will have the opportunity to manage the audits of Investment Management, Insurance or Banking clients - involving audit planning, day to day management of field teams including review of audit work, liaison with key client staff and the management of the reporting process. You will play an integral part in driving client relationships forward and in maintaining and growing this successful practice.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate for the role Manager - Financial Services Audit and Advisory will have the following skill set:
• ACA/CA qualification (or equivalent), financial services audit experience beneficial.
• Thorough knowledge of IFRS and/or UK GAAP.
• Ability to interpret and understand regulation, compliance and operating practices for the investment management, insurance or banking sectors.
• A proven track record of establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting and controls.
• The ability to work under own initiative and in many different and challenging environments.
• Specific financial services sector or international experience beneficial but not essential.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Ability to identify sales opportunities and interest in business development.
• Exceptional presentation, business writing and professional standards.
