We are looking for a 3 years + PQE lawyer to jointhe asset finance team ofleading national firm. The successful candidate must have strong academics, demonstrable intelligence coupled with commercial acumen and commonsense combining to deliver innovative legal and commercial answers to client issues.

Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will also have a proven track record in acting for financial institutitions in banking, asset finance and leasing litigation sectors in the small to medium ticket markets. Thorough knowledge of the CPR is a prerequiste and of the Consumer Credit Act and related regulations. Exposure to defended actions and fraud matters desirable.
You must be able to work on your own with light touch supervision but with a strong work ethic and team based attitude. You must also be able to handle and manage consistent pressure whilst maintaining a positive can do attitude and sense of humour.

We require a lawyer who has gained the necessary experience for the position advertised. The PQE identified on this advertisement is a guide only and does not preclude applications from those with more or less PQE.
