We are currently seeking to recruit Recruitment Consultants to join our Glasgow Office.
The role:
• Identify and develop client business/relationships in a competitive environment
• Build and maintain your own portfolio of accounts
• Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment
• Manage the complete search and selection process
• Contribute to the attraction of candidates and maintain the candidate database
• Interview candidates of all levels and play an active role in helping them find new career opportunities
• Identify key decision-makers, establish contact and build personal and trusting relationships
• Maintain up to- date knowledge of each client's organisation and strategic direction and probes for opportunities for the Business.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of marketplace and competitive landscape.
• Speaking with customers will be a large part of your day to day work, either over the phone, on the internet or face to face. You will be targeted with arranging meetings, discussing needs and negotiating on price.
• Participate in developing the annual strategic business plan for the existing allocated client base; liaise with internal departments to help identify strategic growth initiatives
• Liaise with the wider team to ensure that client businesses and sales development requirements are shared and acted upon.
Who we're looking for
• High level of business communication skills; Demonstrate ability to communicate and work with all levels of the organisation and client organisations.
• Proven ability to lead projects and client accounts successfully to meet expectations.
• Proven track record of commercial sales or relationship management ideally gained within a blue chip environment
• An interest in financial products and markets
